GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.
Before We
Get Started.
Our services include commercial and industrial foundations, floor slabs, tilt-wall and cast-in-place walls, equipment pads, utility concrete, exterior concrete, and selected repair or replacement work. Send the drawings or a description of the work so we can review the scope.
Yes. Bolt self-performs concrete work. The proposal defines the scope, including any work or services supplied by other members of the project team.
Yes. We work directly with owners and as a concrete subcontractor to general contractors. We can review a defined bid package or discuss concrete requirements during early project planning.
Share the proposed work area, operating restrictions, available work windows, and any required shutdowns. Those conditions need to be reviewed before we can confirm the construction approach or schedule.
We review the concrete details with the project team using current structural, steel, equipment, and utility drawings. Our scope review establishes responsibility for supplying, setting, and checking anchor bolts, embedded plates, sleeves, and openings.
Testing and inspection requirements come from the project documents and applicable approvals. We coordinate our work with the designated inspectors and testing agency; responsibility for arranging and paying for those services is established in the scope.
We are based in Newnan, Georgia, serving Atlanta and communities within approximately 200 miles. We also review projects elsewhere in the Southeast based on the location, concrete scope, and schedule.
Start with the site address, a description of the concrete work, available drawings, and your bid or construction dates. Include specifications, a geotechnical report, equipment drawings, and site photos where relevant. If plans are incomplete, tell us which decisions are still open.
Tilt-wall and vertical concrete are part of our services. Send the panel drawings, building layout, site access information, and proposed schedule so we can review the casting, lifting, and bracing responsibilities with the project team.
Yes. We can review the available information and discuss scope, sequencing, and budget assumptions. Structural design and approval of design changes remain with the project's responsible design professionals.
