Our concrete work in Georgia includes driveways and industrial building slabs, with work in Atlanta, Newnan, and the surrounding region.

Start with the actual address
An Atlanta mailing address is not enough to establish the project's permitting authority. Confirm the jurisdiction and required approvals with your project team. For work within the City of Atlanta, the Office of Buildings provides building permitting and inspection information. Projects in surrounding cities and counties should use the appropriate local authority's guidance.
Share access and existing conditions
Include the current civil and structural drawings, available geotechnical information, and relevant equipment details. Site photos and a logistics plan help explain delivery routes, working space, nearby utilities, and areas that need to remain available to the owner.
