Newnan, Georgia · Atlanta & the Southeast

Concrete construction in Atlanta

Commercial and industrial concrete for metro Atlanta and the surrounding region. Bolt Concrete works with owners and general contractors on foundations, floors, equipment pads, and site concrete.

Our service area

Based in Newnan. Working across the Atlanta region.

Our primary service area includes Atlanta and communities within approximately 200 miles. We also review projects elsewhere in the Southeast. The site location, construction scope, and schedule help us determine how to approach the work.

Our concrete work in Georgia includes driveways and industrial building slabs, with work in Atlanta, Newnan, and the surrounding region.

Bolt also performed concrete work on the IAA project in Rockmart, Georgia. The overall ground-up development covered more than 80 acres and included three buildings. See the IAA Rockmart project overview on Bolt Contracting.

Planning your project

Bring the site details into the scope discussion.

Start with the actual address

An Atlanta mailing address is not enough to establish the project's permitting authority. Confirm the jurisdiction and required approvals with your project team. For work within the City of Atlanta, the Office of Buildings provides building permitting and inspection information. Projects in surrounding cities and counties should use the appropriate local authority's guidance.

Share access and existing conditions

Include the current civil and structural drawings, available geotechnical information, and relevant equipment details. Site photos and a logistics plan help explain delivery routes, working space, nearby utilities, and areas that need to remain available to the owner.

Identify the decisions still ahead

Let us know whether you are budgeting, collecting bids, or preparing to build. Share the dates that matter and any design information that is still developing. We can then discuss the concrete scope with those conditions in view.
